Most account numbers will remain the same.

Customers will be contacted by mail if their account number is changing.

Bankers will also have a list of customers affected by changes to account numbers.

Branches will close at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 8th.

During the system conversion weekend, all branches will be closed on Saturday, May 9th.

Branches will follow normal business hours beginning Monday, May 11th.

Customer accounts will continue without any change in interest rates or terms until maturity.

Prior to maturity, customers will receive a renewal notice with additional details about the renewal process and terms.

Images will be available through Investar online banking beginning May 14th.

Customers may continue using FNB checks and deposit tickets. If checks need to be reordered before May 8, 2026, continue to order as in the past. After May 11, 2026, customers may order checks by visiting a branch or through online banking at investarbank.com.

While most account numbers will remain the same, if an account number is changing, a personalized mailed communication will be sent to the customer, and they will need to discontinue using their existing checks beginning Friday, May 8th. See Duplicate Account Number FAQ for more information.

Customers will receive their new Investar debit card the week of May 4th.

Customers will continue to use their FNB debit card from May 8th - 10th but expect limited usability over the weekend.

On Monday, May 11th, customers will activate their Investar debit card, set a PIN, and begin using it. Customers will also need to update payment apps such as ApplePay, Venmo, and PayPal with new card information and will need to destroy the FNB debit card.

Any automatic, recurring payments or automatic deposits that customers have established with deposit account(s) will continue to be made.

If a customer account number changes, they will be contacted by mail with their new information and a set of starter checks.

Both options are available through Investar online banking. Account holders previously registered for paperless statements will not have to re-enroll.

The last FNB statement will be created with interest earned through May 10th, and no monthly cycle service charge. Statement frequencies will not change.

Holds are placed to protect both the customer and the bank while certain transactions are verified or processed. During conversion, some deposits or transactions may follow slightly different availability timelines than customers were used to at FNB.

Some holds are related to the merger. As accounts transition to Investar's system, deposits and transactions must comply with our funds-availability policies. These policies may differ from those at FNB, which can result in holds customers may not have experienced before.

While most loan numbers will remain the same, if a loan number is changing, a personalized mailed communication will be sent to the customer, and they will need to begin using their new loan number starting Friday, May 8th. See Duplicate Account Number FAQ for more information.

Loan notices will begin arriving from Investar on May 11th. Automatic payments set up from your deposit account will continue to be processed.

Payments can also be made at any Investar branch.

All loan agreements signed with FNB remain valid. Terms, conditions, and covenants of the credit agreement will remain unchanged. New agreements or promissory notes will not have to be signed.

Any collateral that is pledged to loans will remain pledged.

Beginning Monday, May 11th:

  • Access online banking at InvestarBank.com.
  • Download the Investar Bank Mobile Banking app.
  • Online banking alerts will need to be re-established through the profile.
  • Bill Pay and Zelle are available through online and mobile banking.
  • Pop Money services will no longer be available with Investar. Person-to-person transfers can continue to use Zelle.

Use the existing user ID and password upon initial login. Follow prompts to confirm identity. Change the password, but the current password may be reused.

The current routing number will remain the same. FNB customers can continue using the FNB routing number for auto debits, direct deposits, and transfers.

Customers identified as having duplicate account numbers will need to update their account information and use their new information once they receive their new set of checks.

Customers ordering new checks will use the ISTR routing number upon reorder and will need to update their account routing information at that time.

Conversion begins at 5 pm on Friday, May 8th.

Conversion is completed on Monday, May 11th.

Customers will be required to use a new system-generated PIN.
